I wanted to thank you so much for the professional and courteous way you cleared the apartment in Exmouth. It was not the easiest task being on the third floor and having to use the stairs compounded by grim weather but you did it with it good humour and great care.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing effort today with the sofa that was so hard to get out of my flat. But it was very funny as well. One of you looked like you were potholing down the stairs under the sofa
